I had a great experience at Garrettsville Dental Group. The hygienist was extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire visit. She took the time to explain things and created a very positive, relaxed atmosphere.
The dentist was also kind and thorough. He walked me through my X-rays and discussed my overall dental health in a way that was easy to understand and reassuring. I never felt rushed, and it was clear they genuinely care about their patients.

I struck gold when I found this practice. As a whole group, the entire office and staff serve up the 3 P's. Professionalism, Politeness, and Patience. I'm always treated with respect and kindness. Dr. Wagner is very skilled, and has excellent people, skills as well. He explains everything, and gives you options to select. Never pushy, you proceed at your own comfort level.
