“Garage Finisher did a fabulous job on my garage floor! It was old concrete that was chipping and had been patched several times by the previous owner. It looks so great now, I’m thinking of making it a spare room! The guys were courteous and it was complete in one day. They also hauled away anything I wanted to pitch, and that was an added bonus! The floor is new, shiny, slip resistant, and they treated and replaced the drain. Other than cleaning, I don’t expect to have to do anything more to the floor in my lifetime. I couldn’t be happier with the work, the workers, or the owner, who I felt was exceptionally kind. I highly recommend this product/service to anyone considering replacing their garage flooring.“

I had a very positive experience with Fredericks. In my case I had a rather large LVT floor installed in my home. I had never done business with Frederick's before, but I knew they had been in business for a very long time. That made me feel that they must be doing something right. In their showroom I met two people ( Shannara and Max) who helped guide me through a huge selection of possible flooring options. The owner of the business (Nick) measured my room, and we had detailed discussions about the layout of the floor and how certain obstacles within the room would be dealt with. When it came time for the installation of the floor, I met Chris and his brother Nick. I consider myself a very detail-orientated person and these installers did meticulous work. Chris and Nick really knew their job from sub floor prep to leveling to installing the product to doing a fantastic install of all my woodwork. Everyone I dealt with from this company was pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and very professional.“

The scope included refinishing of three rooms of 60+ year-old white oak and install of white oak planks throughout remainder of first and second floors. Could not be any more pleased. Effective communicator. Great attention to detail. Really take great pride in their finished product. Offered great suggestions when tricky parts of the job surfaced due to unique conditions in an older home. Would actively seek to hire them again, if ever needed further flooring-related work.“

“We had a GREAT experience with Shumaker refinishing our hardwood floors in two bedrooms. Not only do our floors look awesome, but all other aspects of customer service was excellent! I always got a prompt response when contacting the owner, Donnie. He answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns of preparing to get the floors done and what to expect after the job was finished. He was very patient, as I had to keep postponing the floor job due to other parts of our home project experiencing delays. He showed up on time for our initial meeting. He kept in touch via text regarding scheduling. He contacted me when he said he would. When it was time for the job to begin, the crew of two young men (very kind, polite, skilled, and knowledgable) and Donnie showed up on time each day, even texting to let us know they were on the way. We had a gorgeous tile laid on our back porch and a custom cut outdoor rug that has been gorgeous all summer. But the jewel in the crown was the hardwood floor project that we did throughput our 5000 square-foot property. We chose a beautiful white oak floor real hardwood that was installed beautifully by Milton and his team. We were away for the two weeks when this project was taking place. Milton sent us photos every day at 4 PM of the progress on the property. Who does that? Amazing! Lance and his team and again I cannot say enough about Milton and his team. They are incredible. Could not recommend more.“
