I want to give a shout out to Rick. I did not use his services, but he was super helpful over the phone listening to our issue, and pointing us in the right direction. He saved me from getting scammed by Roto-Rooter. My issue ended up being a city problem, not a broken pipe. That was determined by Chuck "the best in the city", DrainMaster, Rick's referral. Rick and his son worked hard over the Thanksgiving weekend to get our system back up and working properly.
