This is the second time this year that they've quickly replied and fixed our issue. A furnace problem on one of the coldest days this winter, and an a/c on a very hot stretch recently. They really came thru.

I had a problem with my a/c unit. Josh worked with me on a time to come take a look at it and worked around my schedule. He was prompt, professional and friendly. He was able to find the problem and fix it on the initial visit. He explained the issue in layman terms so I would be able to understand. I will definitely recommend Burnetts to anyone needing assistance with their heating/air conditioning.

We called to have someone come look at our AC unit. They were able to come about a day and a half later. They arrived on time and quickly identified the problem. Josh explained things to me so I understood because I don’t know a single thing about heating and cooling. We will definitely use them again in the future.
