The day of inspection was handled on time and included a walkthrough at the conclusion where things were shown to me in person and explained thoroughly. We have used Assured Footing Home Inspections to do home inspections for us in the past but this time we called in Steve to do a mold inspection for us. He quickly scheduled us and did the test. Less then 48 hours we knew the results and are able to get the right company in to take care of the issue. Steve has become a one stop shop for us. Home inspections, drone shots and now mold issues. Highly recommend when he’s checking the quality of the home your buying have him check the quality of the environment you will be living in. Your health is worth it. Thank you again !!!
