Very unprofessional that the pre-testing is done by clerical staff with little or no formal education (and this is apparent). Office staff are extremely rude and gossip about patients. Be prepared for high pressure sales as well as sticker shock. Doctors are much more friendly but it is their practice, so that probably is a given in most offices.

There was a recording that came on,so I drove up to the Family eye care, because it was Monday,and I thought they were open, which the recording was on ,l guess it usually plays for Holidays .Already made appt.Thanks.

I have never had a problem with the staff or doctors until today. I received a call to pick up my son's glasses because they had been sent out on Jun 8th and finally were in. The person that I spoke to on the phone said I could pick them up but they didn't have an appointments until Thurs or Fri to have them adjusted if needed. I told her we were going out of town and would make an appointment next week if he needed it. I went up there to pick them them up and was greeted at the door and she asked me what I needed.
