Contacted Wise Heating & Cooling about our 20 year old air conditioner that stopped working during the 95 degree heat wave. The service tech promptly arrived and determined the problem part. He explained the pros/cons of a replacement part or installing a new unit, no pressure either way. The part is working great and we're cool & happy!

I want to especially Thank Alex for taking time after his last call on Friday - he came to diagnose the no signal on my AC. He was able to find a faulty switch and rewire it. Thank you Shawna for contacting Alex to see if he could fit me in. All the technicians are personable and friendly. Excellent service across the board. I so appreciate family run businesses. We called Wise for a winter checkup on our heat pump, the tech, Steve, arrived on-time and didn’t mind being asked questions and explained what he was doing as he went along. He found some error lights and a couple frayed wires as well as a thermostat programming issue. The tech thoroughly explained all the issues he found and fixed them quickly. Will call them again should we need additional services, as he was honest and didn’t try to upsell anything.
