“I was in town for work in September and I had a fabulous deep tissue massage with Natalie! It was very quiet, the bed was warm and she was very experienced (talking just enough). I felt so much better when I left! Would definitely recommend. The only negative thing I can mention: no one was at the front desk when I came in ... there was a gal giving a manicure to a client (guessing it wasn't her "job" to acknowledge me) ... so I just sat down and waited. It wasn't "terrible" but I did want to include as feedback for the future. :D“

“Yesterday was my first visit to First Nail & Spa. I will definitely be returning. A beautiful spa that is open and airy and extremely clean. My technician, Vicky, was so nice and calming. One of my favorite pedicures. She took her time and I did not feel rushed, as I do at other spas. I also had a gel manicure and it was amazing. My nails look healthy and hydrated. The GM, Tina, checked in several times to see how I was doing and if I needed anything. First class customer service!“
