Visiting Worthington, but for convenience, transferring to Pickerington.Had the dry needling done, traveled from northside to eastside, and the pain was gone.Dry needling is a temporary fix (that I read...I don't know, but plan to inquire) So to experience no pain, has been heaven sent.The procedure went very easily and pain-free for me.“

“I cannot express how lucky I feel that I found Kaitlin during my first pregnancy. I saw her twice while pregnant—first around 25 weeks and again around 36 weeks. She provided me with intentional exercises that helped me maintain my ability to move around at work, which is huge for me as I work with Kindergarten and 1st grade students, and kept me sleeping comfortably at night.
As a first time mom, Kaitlin was a great resource for all of my labor and delivery questions. I wholeheartedly credit my positive labor experience to my time with her and the physical and mental preparation I had.
I have seen her twice during my postpartum journey. I had mild abdominal separation which Kaitlin helped me fix in the first month after being cleared for exercise. She has also given me a program to safely progress towards the workouts I enjoyed before pregnancy—Pilates and weightlifting. Her guidance has allowed me to feel confident and prepared as I navigate my new normal in my body and in my routines. I look forward to working with her again in the future!“
