Dr. Lara has made a world of difference for me! I started coming to him when I was 6/7 months postpartum via c section. I couldn't manage to workout without terrible hip pain. I also do hair, so my back has always been painful, but after pregnancy and labor it got excessively worse. I thought my days of running were done. He did a thorough exam of me, asked questions and really took his time. I'm now 10 months postpartum, and feel back to myself! He's also extremely easy to talk to, very professional and my appointments were quick. Highly recommend!
