Longer term brow wax client; very very happy with Elena's services. Professional courteous and was grateful she knew how to make my brows look good, because I'm typically bad at trying to describe what I'm looking for so I'm glad she somehow was able to interpret my jumbled "slight arch, more on the feminine side but not overdone" lol. Also, I haven't really run into people that are averse to transwomen in the past couple years transitioning, but I know we (trans women) can feel nervous when seeking someone new and not being sure if things will go smoothly because of our gender stuff. Happy to say say that it wasn't even a thing; I just said my pronouns and after that didn't feel like anything else was different than if I hadn't said anything in the first place, which is my ideal scenario when it comes to inclusivity. Absolutely love my visits at EZ Beauty and I highly recommend Elena to anyone looking for an amazing esthetician! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable in this field, she truly cares about each individual & takes her time to get to know their skincare needs and them personally. My skin has never looked better and I’ve never once (over a year and a half of visits) felt pressured by her on anything.
