The main reason I went for an appointment was to get a new set of glasses which I needed as my last pair was broken and that was all I wanted. The doctor went to give me a cataract test and I did not even ask for one. At that point he refused to set me up for a prescription for a new pair of glasses and would not do so until I had surgery on my eyes.. I think that I will file a suit with the FTC for the refusal to give me a prescription for a new set of glasses
Ive been going to this location annually for 6 years now. I liked Dr. Wolfe and then he retired. Dr. Rodda replaced him and he is fantastic as well! Now the sales team who do the glasses that is a different story. The folks are pushy and rude. Maybe they haven't heard of inflation but wake up and see reality. After the African American lady did not understand my budget I asked for my prescription to take elsewhere. THEN, she asked why and I wouldn't find a better cost anywhere else and I was wasting my time. Im like ...WHERE is the customer service? HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
All of the staff is very friendly, and they are understanding when answering questions and working with you on personal stuff. Also, Dr. Wolfe is so sweet and kind! I wish any of my other doctors were this great!!!
