if I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible service, lack of accountability and unprofessional. As a business owner, it’s my goal to have an accountant year over a year that I can trust to do a good job and communicate. This is not the company.

I would absolutely NOT recommend this tax service to anyone. They are the most expensive and will tell you one price for their services but then I get different invoice. I had to pay penalty because my information was input wrong (even tho I gave them voided check) and they tried to blame me that I gave them wrong account information. Just got a bill from the IRS that my 2021 taxes were filed late but when I address that with the owner he said they are not, IRS is wrong but if I want help, I have to pay them more money and he won’t be answering any my emails any longer without pay upfront.. Very disappointing and Worst tax service I've ever retained for my business. By far MOST EXPENSIVE, they made multiple mistakes, never asking me questions, & had to make addendums to my taxes costing me additional money each time. The "representative" I was "pushed-off " to was very Hard to contact, agent(s) almost NEVER were in their office.They DID NOT take direct calls, I was always sent to agents voicemail with each voice messages stating they would be out of office due to vacation or days off!!POOR /DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH THIS TAX SERVICES.
