Cody did an excellent job. He is very professional and knowledgeable, going out of his way to be thorough, explaining his findings as he went along. He cleaned the firebox, brushed out the metal flue, and inspected the metal chimney both from the inside and outside, climbing on the roof to check its condition. He even advised us to burn a chimney sweep log twice during the season to help prevent creosote buildup, something no one else had mentioned in the past. Mid-Valley did an amazing job on our complicated outdoor fireplace issue! Doug was extremely dedicated, conscientious, hard working, and determined to get our project done right. We wish all workers and companies operated like this one!
