Doug responded same day and came out for a free estimate within a couple of days. He made a very reasonable quote for a pretty big job... Removing and replacing incredibly old cast iron pipes that were leaking. A few days after the estimate the job was done in a visit that was literally only a couple of hours. He was prepared for the job, bringing what he needed with him and was courteous and very informative regarding the job he did. Then as we're wrapping up, he literally blows my mind... He said the job was a bit easier than he thought and dropped the price! That never, ever had happened to me before and I'm sure it will never happen again... Baneco Plumbing is my first choice for any plumbing issue in the house. I trust Doug 100%. Prices are always fair and I always learn something when he is working at the house. I recommend him to everyone I know.
