Embassy of Valley View is a 50-bed skilled nursing and memory care facility in Frankfort, Ohio. It is not just a care center, it is a home that provides community and love to those navigating through their journey with Dementia and Alzheimer’s. The staff are absolutely outstanding—compassionate, attentive, and always respectful. They work wonders with the residents. They made sure to cater to her needs and made her feel like a valued individual every single day. The food was always fresh and delicious, and it was clear they took great care in offering meals that were both nutritious and enjoyable. The activities provided were engaging and diverse. They have been the only group facility that has made a breakthrough with my brother. He has done so well, and it all has to do with the level of attention and care he is given each day. The staff wasted no time learning what it was he was needing to get through the anxiety he was experiencing. Best care ever. They really love him and take care of him like family. The staff, laundry, kitchen, and custodial are all top notch. The facility offers a warm, homelike environment with compassionate, personalized care.
The staff were so caring, compassionate, and empathetic during my Nanny’s stay there. They truly made this process much easier for not only her but her family as well. I can’t think them enough for all the love that they poured into her and us and for coming to her funeral after her passing. It is hard to find a care center with all around great staff members, but valley view isn’t that and so much more!
The staff here works wonders with the residents. I love coming to work and seeing all the smiling faces from our residents.
