Service man was extremely nice and professional. Was also very thorough. Sears notifications were consistent even between visits. Only complaint is the AI assisted notifications offering sooner appts never responded when i would complete the action it requested. Regardless, overall happy with service. Would use again and recommend to anyone.
Chris was very friendly, helpful and professional. Explained everything. If you had a rating of 10 stars , that is what I would have given him. Plus he was there at the time I was told !
Chris was wonderful working with my schedule. He has a lot of knowledge and was quite helpful. The part came the day after it was ordered, he was right back on the 3rd day to install. Thank you!!!
