We had Premier come out to correct issues after a different contractor replaced our furnace. We wish we had hired Premier from the start as they were super helpful and awesome to work with. Our technician Henry did a great job and will recommend them to friends and family.

Stephen is super friendly, professional and helpful. We have American Home Shield and that's how we've interacted with this company despite being in Toledo area. Both times they've serviced our AC then furnace, they were able to resolve on the first try. They don't give you the run around and are skilled at what they do. Thanks much!

I would like to give a shout-out to these guys for doing one heck of a bang up job. These guys were professional and very knowledgeable of their work. I would also like to say remember when using a home warranty company, they are at the mercy of your home warranty and take the bad rap.
