Bugner's Sewer & Septic Cleaning

1.23.2024 Monday I called to schedule a Septic Tank clean out. I asked how to locate the inspection cover. I was given Jacks cell number. He told me exactly where to look. He also stated that I should take a picture and send it to him. He returned my call stating the tank was not the problem and that the line from the house to the tank was plugged. He was correct, I had it unplugged in less than an hour. It had been many years since i had a clean out i opted to clean it while I had the covers off. I was still digging when Dave backed into my driveway that afternoon, what a surprise. It was a pleasure dealing with someone honest and trustworthy...Thank you

They are friendly kind and respectful and are good at what they do. I definitely will recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. Thank you guys for fixing my moms water pipes and water heater you guys rock.

These folks responded to my need quickly, the next day after I called. Pumped my tank but mostly helped me diagnose a bigger problem. Dave was very friendly and helpful. All at a reasonable price as well.
