I have been going to the sauna since they opened once a week and love it!! There are easy instructions to follow inside the room for the sauna. They also have a touch screen inside the sauna in which a person is able to watch a movie or listen to music while relaxing. You also have the option of reading your best book!!! Afterwards, I am sooo relaxed and feel sooo much better!!💜
