“The lobby is cozy and collaborative. The yoga studio is warm (literally!) and has dim, restful lighting. Peggy (the owner) is warm and inviting. She spends some time before the practice catching up with students and meeting new students.
Peggy explained each aspect of what yoga is before class. After many years of doing yoga, this was the first time an instructor broke down what yoga is!
The practice was familiar yet new. Peggy went to each student and asked what part of the body they want to focus on. She created a whole flow from what people said! Apparently based on that, every class has a different flavor! She gives modified levels of moves for beginners up to experienced.
With it being hot yoga, I was worried it would be too hot. There are spaces in the room that are cooler than others but if you want it hot, you can stand under the infrared warmer!“
