Friendly pro!! Wonderful presentation. Delivery was smooth. I can’t speak enough how pleased I’m am by their service! I tried calling other local shops first. Just going down the google list. One place was very rude, went to the next one down and they didn’t answer (although it was within business hours). The next call was Petals. She answered immediately. She confirmed she was a local shop who does local deliveries and the fee isn’t expensive either. It’s reasonable. They allowed me to give my payment info on the delivery date. The flowers we ordered for my mom’s birthday were beautiful and full. These are some of the best we have ever sent her, and we will definitely be ordering again. The arrangement was bright and looked just like the picture on the website. We love them.
