I’ve used Garlock Brothers for several projects, the most recent being my new office building. Garlocks managed the project from design through the final approvals, and I could not be happier. They were very easy to work with, provided excellent communication and updates, and brought the project to finish both ahead of schedule and under budget. I’m very pleased with the building, and their service, and highly recommend them.

We had Garlock construction build a commercial building for us and they did a great job of working with us and addressing any concerns that we had. We have worked with them in the past and the quality of construction and the attention to detail is still outstanding. I would highly recommend this company for anyone who needs a quality built commercial building or residential home. They have the experience and work ethic to provide a quality project and are responsive with questions and concerns. We have been in the real estate business for over 30 years and have dealt with many contractors over the years, that is why I am such a fan of this construction company.
