Beware they might not be submitting claims to insurance correctly. In my case, I received a nexplanon which should be 100% covered both labor and device. I was charged for labor, they refused to code the service in line with insurance policy, even after I spoke with my insurance and the obgyn’s billing office.I had this same exact procedure done twice under the same insurance at 2 different obgyn offices and both times it was 100% covered.

Everyone at this place is professional, kind, and caring. I haven’t had a bad experience yet! I had to find a new OBGYN when I moved to Findlay. Recently, I’ve been having issues with my birth control since it has been making me sick. Morgan has been helping me solve all the problems. I definitely recommend this place! Just wonderful! Better than the place I used to go in Norwalk. They all very well educated. I love it.
