My entire experience at Eyes on Main was top-notch from start to finish. The staff was amazing and everyone was so friendly. Brandy greeted me when coming in the door. I was taken back pretty much right away by Jessica. Dr. Wildermuth was knowledgeable and reassuring. She answered all of my questions and possible concerns. You can tell that they truly care. Then it was time for me to pick out a pair of glasses. I instantly went to the pair I ended up choosing. I did try on a few different pairs but ultimately went with my first choice. Raina helped me decide on a pair of sunglasses, I will be ordering in a few weeks. She is great at helping you figure out a style that suits you. My son had an appointment later that day, and he ended up needed glasses for the first time. Raina was so patient with him checking out so many different pairs. Having him try on different styles to see what he would like. Let me tell you how confident everyone there made him feel when he chose his pair. When I came in to pick up my glasses, Jen helped me out so much with my adjustments and everything. She made my experience 100 times better, and I didn't even know that was possible. I appreciated everything she did for me that day. She will never know how much that really meant to me. When William's pair came in, he was so excited. He could see so much better he was mind blown. He also decided that he liked the way he looked with his glasses on better. Thank you all again so much for the amazing experiences we had. Especially for my son. Thank you for making him feel so special and helping to give him confidence when wearing his glasses. It makes my mama heart so full to see this.
