I needed some plugs rewired Eric answered the phone very polite professional we sat up a time he was here on time explained what the problem was and what he was doing very professional and very polite he fixed the problem and I would recommend him to anyone I will definitely use him againService: Installation
We arrived home late from the Halloween Parade to find that over half of our home was either out of power, or had power that was flickering on and off. I of course was worried about faulty wiring and potentially a house fire. My husband, Josh, attempted the circuit breaker and nothing changed. We then called ENM at 11:45pm. Eric answered and he was very honest with us that there was an after hours fee to have him come out, and that if it was an AEP problem, there wasn't anything he could do, but he was happy to come out. He didn't come out "when he could" or "in a couple hours", no, he said "I'll be there in 12 minutes." It was so reassuring to have him take us seriously...read full review
Eric got me in last minute for an estimate. He finally got here and fixed my issue after 8 o’clock!!! What electrician works that late?! Above and beyond my expectations! Extremely happy and will refer to anyone that asks! Thank you!Service: Electrical panel repair
