Kendra has been great. She explains things so well and tries to follow up with you. She even tried to get a hold of urology to see if they can get us in soon. She has great bedside manner.
Yes, you might end up waiting longer than you'd like, but that's only because Dr. Iboaya gives every patient the time and attention they deserve — and that should matter when it comes to your health. He goes above and beyond to make sure you feel heard, understood, and well cared for. I've seen negative comments about the staff, but in my experience, they've always been helpful and respectful. I also saw a comment about the facility being dirty, and I have to completely disagree — every room I’ve ever been in has been very clean and well-maintained. I trust Dr. Iboaya and appreciate the care I recieve!
The Dr. was very thorough explaining things to my mother who is 99 yrs. old...she felt very comfortable talking to him...and he also explain things to me that he was doing to her meds that made me feel better about her going to see him...we were VERY IMPRESSED!!
