From the surgeons, nurses, anesthesiologists, surgical team, hospitality, room service, techs, case workers, OT, PT, guest services and to every staff member I encountered, my experience was exceptional. After a complex 7-hour surgery and a few unexpected bumps in recovery, I was treated with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care every step of the way. The staff made a difficult week much easier, and I always felt safe, supported, and heard. I am incredibly grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of excellent medical care.
Hospital staff have been nothing but extraordinary with the red side manner and catering to every need. I’ve needed. Doctors have bent over backwards to get me into a Dialysis clinic even when no other hospital would I can’t tell you how appreciative I am that these people have been here for me and I needed it the most so thank you for being so amazing all of you and I’m sorry the rest of these people are hateful.
