Did an inspection of our new home in November last year, we moved in March 2019. We've had 17k in repairs on water, electric, HVAC, structure etc. since March and he won't return calls or texts. Turns out he's now out of business and won't return any calls to let me know what inspection insurance he had so I can file. Company has been liquidated.
