“The process of restoration with Mann Brothers started 8/24 when S. Euclid had high winds and I had 2 trees fall on my garage. By the time we had removal and the estimate done, work began and contract signed 10/21/2024. At the time, I was working with Mike Hulme-project manager who was my ‘go to person’ when I had questions/concerns with regards to the garage. He was very prompt and ALWAYS got back to me.

I’ve included some pics of the restoration with before and after. Unfortunately the electrical/electricians didn’t finish until 3/2025. We had no power in the garage all Winter. The wiring was done before, but the installation of electric-which required substantial ground digging from garage to house occurred after. The communication from Mann in the months of Dec.-Feb. was limited and I was concerned the job wouldn’t be completed. During that time I found out Mike had left the company and now my ‘go to’ was gone. However, after reaching out to Mike he was still able to help and went above and beyond what he needed to do, and I thank him for his follow-up in getting this job finished.

Overall we are very happy with this job. We had to call back the company for lose roof shingles and sealing of a window, but Mike had someone back asap to get these things fixed. The original wiring was probably as old as the garage (1946!!!) and I know the electrical part of the restoration was a lot! Thanks Mann Brothers. An ‘oldie but goodie’ is up and running.“

John was very positive and helpful when it came to the entire process, from the initial walk through to the final follow-up meeting.
