I had acupuncture with Kevin, and he is simply amazing. He listened to all my concerns and addressed them without rushing. He gave me advice on old injuries, recommended supplements for specific concerns, and recommended foods to help support my wellness. I recommend Kevin to everyone I know.
The most important thing I look for in a massage therapist is their ability to connect with my needs in a trauma informed way. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of care and her willingness to adapt her sessions to accommodate my complex needs. I have hope that my time spent in massage sessions will actually improve my physical (and mental) health. I would highly recommend Karalyn for anyone looking to recover from trauma.
I had Kevin for acupuncture and he was AMAZING! I came in for a handful of concerns ranging from metabolism, sleeping habits, to an ankle injury, ongoing knee and hamstring problems I have had as an athlete for years, my severe outdoor allergies, and even bloating and he helped me with ALL of these in one session. Not only did the acupuncture give me immediate relief (which I honestly did not believe in at first) , he gave me suggestions of supplements, foods, and small habits to integrate into my life. He goes above and beyond and truly cares about his clients. Could not be more thankful!
