Dr. Lori J D’Avello goes above and beyond for her patients, especially children, treating them with great care. Dr. Robert Burns has a lasting reputation as the best, and his daughter, Dr. Lauren Burns, continues that legacy as an excellent provider. The care and dedication of the staff make this medical group stand out.
I just want to say Dr. Lori J D’Avello is amazing. We switched to this doctors office for our daughter, once she developed a cough and her old doctor’s office couldn’t find any problem. She went above and beyond to help our daughter and I can’t thank her enough. Highly recommend this doctor, she will treat your child like they’re hers. Thank you Dr.D’Avello
I followed my doctor to this practice when he moved his practice here from another area and even though I live about 35 minutes away I am happy to drive the distance because of the fantastic service and doctor that I have at Copley medical group.Anytime I have a question or need help with something or even a small thing concerning a prescription they get back to me almost immediately and are very helpful and kind. I also have had to have tests done at other UH facilities and I’ve been very very happy with those services and how I was treated. Their patient care is top notch, I hope they never change and hope they know how much it is appreciated and needed.
