DO NOT RECOMMEND on April 1, 2025 I have extreme PTSD, they assigned me, Grace BIKIS , very unprofessional They do not care about patient care whatsoever. They judge you on the doctor that you had ahead of time. Not on your healing process. Do not recommend.

They constantly cancel your appointments the day of also change your doctor when you arrive. I finally have my therapist appt and canceled me when I'm sitting in the lobby. please look elsewhere for anyhelp you need. I am disgusted at their lack of caring for there patients well being.

After 25 yrs struggling with complex mental health problems, when I had finally given up hope of ever feeling any semblance of "normal," Ascend was there to show me a different way. Nick is brilliant and the whole staff is there to make you feel welcome, supported, and without judgement. I was on 16 pills a day before starting IVK treatment and still existed in a perpetual state of wanting to die. Now I can proudly say I have been able to eliminate almost all oral pharmaceuticals and have more good days than bad. I'm so thankful for Ascend and everything they do ??
