As a single Mom that needed work asap, I was hired here. Filled out literally a book of paperwork, went a good ways for tb, went to a good ways for fingerprinting. First day went to client 1(didn’t answer door), then get an email that client 2 didn’t need service either. I can barely afford to keep gas as it is. I basically lost out on gas I didn’t have to waste. I don’t trust to give day 2 a try. TERRIBLE! Please don’t waste you time or money. Low pay, get paid biweekly and no option for daily pay like majority of HHA companies are doing. Shameful, but thanking God that I start a job tomorrow with $3 more, weekly pay and daily pay

I had to visit the akron office last week. Mrs.Blake was wonderful , very knowledgeable , made time to answer any questions we had . I had over heard her on the phone very professional , her girls were her top priority in regards to her cliental . I've seen first hand that her top priority is the care and well being of our family members . I've been to many differnet facilities and i have to be honest Akrons office is by far the best . Thank you Mrs. Blake for all you're hard work to provide coverage and care to our family . Also thank you NEP field staff for all you're hard work and commintment to our family .
