Everything about Lily Home Care was wonderful! My dad's aid, Charla, went above and beyond. The company as a whole was very user friendly and easy to work with. Very accommodating in all ways. For my mother-in-law… We are so thankful for Lilly and will use them again. Ilona met with us personally and walked us through the process. She helped identify needs that we did not consider and matched us with a wonderful caregiver. Ilona worked with our schedule and was easy to get a hold of. The billing was streamlined and uncomplicated. Highly recommend.
