The online process was a breeze. Easy to use and understand. The order/shipping status updates were provided when status changed. got a call then order was delivered to the store. The pick up was easy: checked in at the front, drove to the back and got loaded, signed for the pickup and drive off. Took 5 min.

I received outstanding service from Jake and Caitlyn at the Fairlawn store. They were very helpful in helping me select stair flooring to match my existing wood flooring. We used LL Flooring installers who were excellent tradesmen. Our finished stairs look terrific, and I could not be more pleased with the product, service, price and overall experience. I highly recommend.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional customer service I received during my recent visit to the Fairlawn store.I went to another LL store prior to my visit and unfortunately, the customer service I experienced there was quite disappointing. However, my experience with Kaitlyn at the Fairlawn store was completely different.
