Lovely, cozy, and humble yoga studio. They practice catering yoga to the real people, not the glamorous ones. Emi's Restorative Class on Wednesdays is so good. She's authentic, attentive, informative, and talented. It is so relaxing midweek and HIGHLY peaceful for mind, body & spirit!

Great experience, great vibe, classes are challenging but also spiritual. giving the practice a wholeness that you wont get from a "hot and heavy" yoga class for the masses feel. The culture is kind, honest, and welcoming. This is a great place to become part of the community and live. Namaste~

I wish this would let me give 10 stars! I've been to several different yoga studios, and have not found one that even comes close to Lifesource! It is by far the most professional, friendliest, and warmest yoga atmosphere around. The owner, Diane, is both a phenomenal woman, and business owner, in every way. The instructors at Lifesource are amazing! Truly the very best - no contest!! And I like that this studio offers such a great variety of classes, levels, and styles. I've been practicing here for 4 1/2 years, and it has been a truly transformational journey.

Excellent studio, though the soft-ish flooring is kind of odd. Also have never been in a studio where it seemed acceptable for people to come in a few minutes late for a session. But they have great instructors, ample props including very nice bolsters, a clean restroom big enough to change in, and ample parking too. Definitely will be back -- not taking points off for the floor since that's a very personal viewpoint, and not taking points off for the staff letting people come in late since it's a little annoying but not worth complaining too loudly about (forgive yourself and others, right?). (Also would be good for them to have an electronic sign-in process when arriving, but again, these are all very minor complaints and I will absolutely return here. Stacy in particular was an excellent instructor. My only other suggestion would be for them to incorporate more pranayama and mindfulness meditation (for example, I like when instructors advise setting an intention at the beginning of the session, or positive affirmations, or speaking about the value of letting go... all would make nice additions to their classes, unless you prefer more functional and less spiritual/thoughtful yoga practice).
