Got a couple massage our therapists were heavenleigh and Michelle. They were both AMAZING. Made us aware of areas of concern and gave tips to help assist future discomfort. The spa smelled amazing and was clean. The rooms have dim lighting and bed warmers so it was extremely comfortable we will definitely be back!!! Pricing is pretty average in comparison to other professional spas. Thank you hand & stone for a great experience!

I got a facial with Elyse and it was amazing. The salon was clean and relaxing. All of the girls at the front desk were knowledgeable and kind. I had a great experience and will be back

Came in got a massage but Christopher. I absolutely loved it. All the settings were personalized perfectly for my liking. Anneke was extremely helpful and so courteous! Keep up the great job!! I’ll be back soon!

Went in to Hand and Stone for a massage and facial and I loved it!! I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed for the day! I would definitely recommend the hot stones!

Terrible experience, arrived 15 minutes early (no wait/not busy). Filled out the proper paperwork and remained waiting. My massage therapist didn’t get me till 15 minutes after when my appointment was supposed to start. Then what was suppose to be a one hour massage, she only gave me a 40 minute one. 1. Front desk wasnt the friendliest. 2. When the therapist was late getting me no one spoke to me as to why. I know there were no past client before me, so I still don’t understand why I waited over 30 minutes in total. 3. Paying for a 1 hour massage and only getting a 40 minute one is bad business. Terrible experience, definitely don’t recommend this place.

The number one reason I go to Hand and Stone , is that I get the very best massage from Chris, who is not only professional, but always manages to find sore spots on my back. The pressure is always on spot, and I feel he truly cares about his profession. I would only seek his services, and the team at the desk is also extremely skilled.

My husband went here to get me a massage for Christmas. We had been to this location before when it was under a different name. I went and following my massage I set us a couple massage for our Anniversary. We went and the massage was relaxing. However we were both sticker shocked. They push that membership so hard on all. If we signed up for a membership it would have been 79. Since we didn’t do that she said our total was 284.00. It was just the basic massage with no add ons. I have never paid almost 300 for a couple massage. So be aware. If you don’t sign up for a membership it is way overpriced for the service.

Avoid at all costs. The monthly subscription program is a scam they will not let you cancel or will continue charging you months after cancel. Staff and management is incredibly rude. Horrible experience all around.
