Was dissatisfied with the the service. They pushed procedures and testing not necessary. The veterinarian that I saw did not talk about why we were there. Had the assistance do all the explaining but only about what they pushed and prices. When scheduling for special testing scheduled test then came back several times and said we can not do this time. Was very disappointed that this office does this. Husband was there in the past was very upset with how things were being done as to the gentlemen doctor that ran this office in the past.

IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET DO NOT USE THIS VETERINARY CLINIC. We have taken our pets here for about a year, our last appointment they mistreated one of our dogs, even though they state they didn't. They had him restrained and didn't bother to come and get me to let me know he was worked up. He has NEVER been aggressive toward anyone or anyone at a vet that we have taken him to. They neglected to come and get me and notify me that he wasn't doing well and just proceeded to detain him. When I went into the room to check, because they finally came and got me after 10-15 min, he looked terrified. I don't know what they did to him, but I took him, told the staff I couldn't believe they didn't come get me and that they treated me and my pet that way. I took my dog, firmly told them that I was very upset about how they were handling the situation and my dog and that we wouldn't be back. They deactivated him from their system, so now that I need his prescription refilled they won't do it, even thought I paid them for the test and he is still current on all of his tests and vaccinations. Very poor and unprofessional way of handling things and not willing to work with us as the client. BEWARE!!!

I was confused by some of these reviews and I don't know what it was like before. I just moved to the area this past summer. They were able to get me in in a very reasonable amount of time for my senior wellness checkup. And I had a couple of issues and needed to be seen quickly and they got me in right away. The people here are compassionate and know what they're doing, and I feel my sweet Jasmine is in very good hands.

Very friendly and caring staff. They genuinely do care about the pets and their owners. We had some tests run on our cat, staff followed up multiple times to make sure she was recovering well.
Unfortunately, we ended using their cremation service partner which was an outstanding service as well.
We will be transferring our dog over for his next check up too.
