The staff here are so kind and helpful! I especially appreciated Consuela. She was especially caring, friendly, and funny. The only thing I didn't like was the virtual appointment structure. I used to go to the steelyard location that has a physically present doctor. Waiting on a doctor to virtually sign in and complete the exam is not a pleasant experience as a patient.
Consuele was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions, made everything easy to understand, and genuinely cared about providing great service. Her positive attitude and willingness to help really stood out. I truly appreciate all of her assistance and would highly recommend working with her! 10/10 recommend 👌
The staff couldn't be more accommodating. I was quickly greeted, checked in, and sent on my way. They were experiencing technical difficulties during my visit, and were able to quickly reschedule for a day later in the week. No issues beyond that, and the glasses took one week to the day to arrive.
