It has been roughly 7 years since Rick and team built my new deck, office and sunroom, I wanted to post a quick review (as I sit in my sunroom and enjoy the rain) to let anyone know considering a remodel to definitely go with this company, I have had zero problems over the course of the last 7 years (my initial concerns were probably normal - leaks, mold, electric issues, cracks etc.) and I have seen none of that. Rick is very professional, he addressed concerns quickly (for me it was usually same day) and he has a professional team that completes the work, very nice folks. Great experience with this general contractor! They managed my project with professionalism and care from start to finish. The team was reliable, well-organized, and kept me updated throughout. Everything was completed on time with excellent workmanship. I’m very satisfied with the final result and would highly recommend them.

River City Remodeling does outstanding work! The crew was excellent, always on-time, polite and respectful of our home and our two senior dogs. Our project was a complete basement renovation. It went from bare concrete floor and foundation walls to a fully finished family room, bedroom, workout room, ¾ bathroom, kitchen / bar area, and LVP flooring throughout. They cut through the foundation wall to put in an egress window in the bedroom to ensure the bedroom is “100% legal” and up to code.
