Polly has been doing my nails since I was 18 in college! She is very kind and thorough. One of the things I appreciate is that she is not focused on upselling, i.e. trying to get you to add on a bunch of extra services, I find that annoying especially if I have already declined. I also love that she doesn't rush through my nails, she takes the appropriate amount of time to complete my services. The salon and specifically the bathroom is always very clean It's nice to know you will not walk out with a staph infection...LOL! Thanks, Polly...appreciate you!
