We had Platinum Restoration restore our home in 2011 after a major fire. We understand it’s been 11 years since the restoration but believe the issues we are experiencing should not be occurring over this period.In our master bath, our shower tile has been leaking for at least five years now. We have re-caulked several times but the situation has gotten worse. The lower tile is now bulging out from the walls indicating there is water behind the tiles.The ceiling in our basement has shown several water spots over the years from the leaking shower. Exceptional experience working with Dave Okum of Platinum Restoration to renovate our basement that was hit with a sewage line backup.
