Update: I was contacted by Josh after I posted this review. He had not seen it, or any of the email contacts that I had sent previously. He is currently reviewing why their website is not functioning as it should. He apologized for the lack of response and will be visiting our home in the next few days. I appreciated the explanation and followup from Josh after the oversite was discovered.

Josh and his team did amazing work for a great price and a timely manner! Even though we found water ingressing in more areas than just the chimney, he was committed to finding the root cause and went above an beyond the original plan. I appreciate him greatly and he's earned my return business when it's needed again.
