I had a wonderful experience with Josh from Mad City Windows & Bath during our window installation. From the start, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process, answer all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.

Josh paid close attention to detail and clearly takes pride in his work. The windows look amazing, and you can tell the installation was done with care and precision. He also kept the work area clean and made sure everything was finished properly before leaving.

Jake and Ahmad were professional and courteous. Jake was very knowledgeable and was quick to figure out how to approach difficult situations. The job was completed in four days as was projected. They took 60 year old cabinets and transformed them to look new and modern. Our cabinets are beautiful!!
Our only issue was with the cleanup. On the last day we were left with quite a mess to clean up.
Other than that, we would certainly recommend Mad City to friends and family.

We are extremely pleased with our experience using Mad City Cincinnati for our kitchen cabinet refacing. They were very informative throughout the process and they kept us updated with each step. Our installation crew Jake and Ahmad were exceptional and very professional explaining each step in the process and answering any questions we had. I would recommend Mad City to anyone who is looking for a kitchen cabinet remodel.
