We recently completed the construction of a stunning home in Mason, Ohio, in collaboration with Homes by Gerbus. The entire experience was incredibly positive and seamless, from the initial architectural design to the final stages of construction. When we first met Alan Gerbus in late 2022 at the potential lot, we were immediately impressed by his expertise in building custom homes. During our initial conversation, Alan guided us through the entire construction process, addressing all of our questions and concerns. His personal demeanor exuded positivity and calmness, creating an immediate sense of trust in Homes by Gerbus. Once the house design was finalized, an exceptional team, including Nate and Nick as construction managers, Shelley as the office project manager and gatekeeper, and Jill as the interior designer, commenced the construction journey. Working with this team was an absolute pleasure, and their expertise was evident at every step. Alan oversaw the project as a whole and was always available to provide guidance and answer any queries we had. Whenever we reached out to the team members mentioned above with questions or seeking advice during the construction process, they were consistently professional and readily available. The Gerbus team holds their contractors to exceptionally high standards, and the longevity of their working relationships is a testament to the professionalism and trust within the entire construction team. The project was completed successfully, meeting our expectations and adhering to the agreed-upon timeline. We have since moved into our new home and are thoroughly enjoying every moment spent in it.
