“To start, I had an appointment with a location in West Chester. I showed up and was told that they were closing the store that day. They couldn't have contacted me? I made an appointment. I drove to Fairfield (this location) and was greeted by Mark. He took care of my needs and concerns. He had me fixed within hours. I was so impressed with his actions and concern that he calmed my anger about the first location. Thanks, Mark. I hope you enjoyed the lunch I sent.“
