Excellent service & assistance navigating the Asurion vs Verizon processes to get a new battery covered by warranty. THEN they pushed hard so I could get my phone back by closing time!! I can't express my appreciation enough given that I use this phone for TWO businesses & personal needs!!!!

Zafar and staff at the Fairfield store provided a great first experience when I needed a cracked cell phone screen repair. They were quite understanding of my situation and made every accommodation to get me operational quickly. Fantastic customer service!!! Thanks, thanks!

Repair was done well and within two hours when they finally had the required parts - on our third visit. Each visit was a 1.5 hour roundtrip. Made appointments and trips two times when (1) they didn't have one of the needed components for our first appointment, then (2) they couldn't finish it before closing as originally promised for our second appointment. For our third visit we showed up as soon as they opened to get in front of the crowd. They stay very busy! We are very happy with the quality of the work. So far the phone is working as good as new. But it was also very expensive. Replacing the glass cover was half the price of a new phone.
