Nothing about a home remodel is fun. There’s always a problem or two or ten to work out. But even though we ran into a few bumps, the team always was looking out for me and my families best interest on quality of the products. The bathroom turned out stunning. The most important thing of all though was the care they showed my family. My children were able to interact and be part of the process too and they were actually heart broken to see the project done and all the wonderful contractors leave. They helped us prioritize high-impact upgrades within our budget, and we really appreciated the flexibility to choose our own fixtures and materials (with helpful guidance along the way) to ensure top-quality results.
Kevin, our Team Lead, was outstanding. His craftsmanship and attention to detail really set him apart. We had Biehl Brothers for our bath / closet remodel. They were amazing from the initial design and walkthrough to the final product. They clearly state that the quality of their work is most important and it showed throughout. This really showed in the tile work - the best I've seen. They communicate well and are upfront with any changes that are needed or if there are any delays. The crew took great care of our house throughout. Highly, highly recommend.
