“i have been coming here for over a year now and have never had any issues. i’ve been getting brazilians from madison for about 5-6 months and she’s AMAZING and makes me feel so comfortable every single time. she’s hilarious and very much a girls girl, wants the best for her clients, i’ve never felt judged by maddie and i genuinely love her and look forward to my appointments with her!

i came in for a wax today and i usually love everyone that works front desk. they’re all very sweet and professional. unfortunately, this visit, the young lady at the front desk (i believe she is new) was asleep and had to wake her up to get checked in. i found that very unprofessional and disrespectful to guests. she is very much so old enough to know that is not how having a job works. im in the beauty industry myself and have been a receptionist and i give everyone in the service industry grace, understanding, and i totally get when mistakes happen. BUT NEVER HAVE I EVER been put in the position to have to WAKE UP a receptionist to check me in. that was very uncomfortable, absolutely ridiculous, was not appreciated, and i hope no other guest has to experience this in the future!

besides the unfortunate situation i was put in this visit, i will continue to support madison and highly recommend her to everyone:)“

“This was my first time and they did a fantastic job. Wenny did the acrylic a polish and tried to do my design but didn’t feel confident and that was totally ok!! I’m glad she didn’t just push thru and them not look as good. Tony did the design and he was great! I never do designs so I was nervous but they turned out great!“
